What numbers and first aider skill level do you need for your business?

If you are an employer you will know all about raising and using the skills of your staff.  You may well have a view about how many staff you think should be trained and this may relate to the type of business you run, the number of locations your staff are based or you may simply want to demonstrate the value you place on safeguarding your employees.
