Level 3 Award in Education and Training: 21-25 November, Minehead (Residential)

Why a residential course?

Yarn-Market-Hotel

Evince Training is delighted to announce an autumn residential training course for the Award in Education and Training.  This will run from 21st to 25th November 2016, located at The Yarn Market Hotel in Dunster (near Minehead), West Somerset.  This is a concentrated course, reducing the normal part time course length significantly to just one week’s work, combining class study with individual research.  Residential study supports this learning approach, allowing you to have access to your teachers morning, noon and evening.  So we are offering students the opportunity to step away from the workplace and other distractions to focus all their time and effort.  Just one week of concentrated effort will let you gain a highly prized qualification and the skills to allow you to teach with confidence.  Not only does this qualification prepare you for a teaching career in the Life Long Learning sector it further meets the requirements for training and assessing first aid qualifications as specified by Skills for Health and the HSE.

This course is primarily delivered by our Principle Teacher Educator and Company Director, Richard Newton. Richard has a long history in teacher education in the public sector and as an associate tutor with Canterbury Christ Church University delivering their teacher qualifications as part of their Faculty of Education.
