Payment must reach us at the time of booking in order to secure your attendance and to meet our payment requirements. Please note that we reserve the right to change our prices and our terms and conditions with reasonable notice to customers.
Late payments will be dealt with in line with legislation, all interest and charges will be applied in accordance with the law.
Full joining/direction instructions will be sent upon payment being received.
Good time keeping is essential and students must attend the whole course in order to meet the required criteria. If a student fails to attend any part of the course, they cannot be assessed as competent and will not therefore receive a certificate/award. We regret that late arrivals may not be admitted onto the course.
Cancellations and non-attendance
Bookings cancelled within four weeks of the course date will incur a penalty of 50% of course fees. No refund will be possible where notification of non-attendance is made less than seven days before the course date or where no notification of non-attendance is provided. No refund will be possible where the full course is not completed.
Each course has a minimum number of students required to be viable. Evince Training reserves the right to adjust the date/location of the course or to cancel the course. In such unusual circumstances an alternative course or a full refund will be offered.
The course programme is correct at time of publishing. Evince Training reserves the right to vary the programme where professional demands arise (e.g. syllabus amendments arise).
First Aid Re-Qualification
Students attending the 2 day Re-Qualification Course should be in possession of a currently valid FAW/EFAW Ofqual Regulated certificate. Other certificates issued by national organisations such as St John Ambulance and The British Red Cross may be acceptable depending on direction from the Awarding Organisation.
Provisional telephone bookings can only be held for 7 days pending confirmation by payment of the full course fee. If a booking is made at short notice (less than ten days before the course) then payment must be received immediately.
If the date of the course at your location is changed within 7 days of the start of the course, an administration charge of £50 may be incurred.
Certificates for regulated qualifications:
The cost of an initial certificate is included within the course fee and will be sent by first class post. Extra copies of certificates are subject to a £20.00 administration fee (per certificate) and can only be issued in certain circumstances depending on a successful application to the Awarding Organisation.
Certificates for non-regulated training:
The cost of an initial certificate is included within the course fee and will be sent by first class post. Extra copies of certificates are subject to a £10.00 administration fee (per certificate).
Evince Training cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, which affect the course date(s), content(s) or timing(s), including cancellation or re-scheduling. If a course has to be cancelled, amended or re-scheduled for any reason Evince Training Ltd will make every reasonable effort to effect alternative arrangements. Evince Training Ltd does not accept responsibility for any accidents or misuse of training carried our by any students whilst on a course or used once they are in any home/office/work/public place/area or arena. Students carry out their training with our organisation at their own risk. Our company’s policy is one of continuous development and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
